Low blood sugars stink. We don’t like them. But there’s this “rule” that says you need to eat/drink 15 grams of carbohydrates, and then wait 15 minutes before you intake anything else to treat the low (otherwise, you spiral up into the crazy high blood sugar numbers post treatment-binge. Heck, sometimes that happens anyway!)
