A quick hula hooping tutorial for today –
Penelope and I had our own hula hooping fun on Saturday at Danceformation with our friend Karen -who is also Type 1- as our instructor. As you may know, I have a hard time getting in enough exercise, but hooping is actually a really good workout I can get while still being able to talk and socialize with friends. Win win!
